We offer classes for every level, and welcome everyone to our classes, please show up 10 minutes early to have time to ask questions and get equipment set up for class.

Combination of Barbells, Dumbells, Bands, Battle Ropes, and more.  This is an all fitness level class that will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. Every class is designed to get a full body workout.

Here we incorporate cardio intervals with dance and bodyweight movements. This program is designed to help you build leaner muscle and kick your cardio in full gear. This class is for women only.

Spin X & Box Master Boxing

Monday & Wednesday

Spin X

We combine Spin bikes with a variety of cardio intervals in between using rowing machines, medicine balls, battle ropes, boxes, free weights, bands and more. We design the workout to have high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

 

BoxMaster Boxing

We combine a BoxMaster boxing machine and punching bags to help find the fighter in you. This class helps build endurance and a fun way to get a workout and feel strong at the same time!
